Privacy policy
Last updated: June 2026
At Gradian we take your data seriously: we only collect what you give us, we use it for what you ask, and we never share it to sell you anything. This policy explains how.
Data controller
Gradian (Alex Martos Teixidó), operating in Camp de Tarragona and the Costa Daurada. For anything about your data, write to alex@gradiangrowth.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us. When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, your email, your business name or website and, if you write one, your message.
To understand how the site is used we run privacy-friendly analytics that measure visits in aggregate and anonymously, with no cookies and no individual profiles.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare the audit you request and contact you about that enquiry. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, which you give when you submit the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and any applicable legal periods. Otherwise we delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Who else can access it
We never sell or rent your data. We rely on trusted providers acting as data processors: site hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and cookieless analytics (Plausible). Each one only processes data to provide us their service.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict or request portability of your data by writing to alex@gradiangrowth.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe it necessary.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is your theme preference (light/dark), via local storage; it is not a cookie and does not let us identify you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be on this page, with its update date.
